About OUR TRAINING
Everything we do is designed to make a positive impact on the lives of young basketball players on and off the court. Our training program provides professional training for young student athletes of all ages and skill sets. We take pride in building the IQ, skill set, conditioning and confidence of our student athletes. We tailor our curriculum for both boys and girls ranging from 3rd grade through high school. We provide a diverse and high energy family atmosphere which is designed to make our student athletes of all skill sets feel confident. Our highly qualified coaching staff are all former players working to maximize each athlete's ability. We take pride in developing the mental, physical, and emotional structure of every student athlete!
Here are just a few things you will learn out on the court
Ball handling drills that you can work on at home to become more confident with the ball
Proper shooting technique
Passing and catching skills
How to box out your opponent and grab a rebound
Defensive stance and movements
How to be a good teammate
Basic 3 on 3 basketball strategy
Space is limited and registration link will close once we reach capactiy.
What to bring:
Water or gatorade. (Make sure bottles are labeled with player's name).
Bring your own basketball! 3rd-6th plays with a size 28.5, and 7th-HS plays with a size 29.5
Good court shoes and shorts are a must.
